Innovation Pulse
    Innovation Readiness Pilot

Become a pilot organisation for innovation readiness

Selected organisations receive a structured readiness snapshot, with a clear view of where they stand and what to explore next. No certification claims, no overpromising, just practical insight grounded in ISO 56000-aligned innovation management logic.

ISO 56000-aligned. Practical. Evidence-led. No certification claims.

We are selecting up to 2 organisations per cluster during the founding pilot phase. This helps us build a stronger cross-sector benchmark and compare readiness patterns across different organisational contexts.

    Why innovation readiness matters

Most organisations innovate in bursts. A good idea here, a bold project there, then the energy fades. Innovation readiness is the difference between hoping for the next breakthrough and building the capability to create value again and again.

    Clear direction

Know where your innovation capability stands today and which gaps matter most.

    Repeatable capability

Move from one-off wins to a system that produces value under uncertainty.

    Confident decisions

Give leaders an evidence-led picture they can act on, not just a gut feeling.

    What pilot organisations receive

An Innovation Pulse readiness assessment across the dimensions that shape repeatable innovation.

A facilitated readout session that translates the signal into clear, prioritised next steps.

A first innovation readiness roadmap tailored to your organisation and context.

Direct access to our team during the pilot, with practical guidance you can use straight away.

The pilot is a readiness exercise. It does not include ISO certification, formal audit, or any claim that your organisation is certified or audit ready.

    Who the pilot is for

The cohort is designed for corporates, SMEs, public sector organisations, scale-ups, academia, research institutions and member-led or mission-led organisations.

    A good fit

    • Organisations that want innovation to become a repeatable capability.
    • Leaders ready to look honestly at their current strengths and gaps.
    • Teams in corporates, public sector, or growing scale-ups.
    • People who value evidence and structure over slogans.

    What you bring

    • A genuine innovation challenge you want to make progress on.
    • A sponsor who can give an hour or two during the pilot.
    • Openness to feedback and a willingness to act on it.
    • Curiosity about how readiness translates into results.

    Founding pilot clusters

We are opening up to 2 places per cluster to create a useful mix of organisational contexts and a more meaningful readiness benchmark.

    Corporate

Established organisations with structured operations and strategic innovation activity.

    SME

Small and medium-sized organisations looking to strengthen innovation capability.

    Start-up / Scale-up

Growing organisations that need innovation to become more repeatable as they scale.

    Public Sector

Municipalities, agencies and public-service organisations working with renewal and public value.

    Academia / Research

Universities, institutes and research-led organisations connecting knowledge, impact and collaboration.

    Mission-led / Member-led

    NGOs, non-profits, co-operatives and member-governed organisations.

Grounded in an ISO 56000-aligned approach

The pilot uses a readiness model aligned with the ISO 56000 family of standards for innovation management. That means we look at leadership, strategy, culture, governance, collaboration, capability, learning, and intellectual assets in a structured, consistent way.

Being aligned with ISO 56000 is not the same as being certified. The pilot gives you a directional readiness signal and a roadmap. It is a starting point for capability building, not an audit or a certificate.

    How the pilot works

    Step 1

    Apply

Tell us about your organisation and the challenge you want to tackle. We review every application.

    Step 2

    Assess

Selected organisations complete the Innovation Pulse and we prepare a tailored readout.

    Step 3

    Act

We meet to walk through your readiness signal and agree a first roadmap of next steps.
